I provide coaching for organizations working towards shared goals, as well as for individuals independently who are looking to build their skills, momentum, and leadership.
Coaching for organizations
Coaching can be a deeply supportive practice for organizations working towards collective goals such as: growing more positive and open cultures; deepening equity; skilling up communication and feedback practices; repairing relationships, untangling conflict, and addressing harm; trying on new structures; improving working relationships; democratizing decision-making and governance; grounding in accountability to each other and partners; developing and living into shared values. As a coach, I work one-on–one with members of an organization to provide individualized support that helps groups move together as a whole.
Coaching for individuals
I coach people to manifest their goals, align their actions with their values, navigate sticky work and organizing tangles, practice courageous communication, create personal accountability practices, and a wide range of other things! I support people to identify their skills, sensitivities, and superpowers so they can show up as the best version of themselves in their work and relationships.
